Tim Musgrave joined The Bloomsbury Group as a Partner in 1994. His experience as a senior financial management recruiter with an investment banking and asset management sector bias complemented the predominantly front office orientation of the existing partners.

Over the ensuing period, he has developed the firm's business within the middle and back office, undertaking increasingly senior assignments in line with the overall maturing of The Bloomsbury Group's business. He is able to offer focused search services within all areas of financial management, risk (operational & market), regulatory control, legal & compliance, operations, programme/project management and treasury.

After graduating from Manchester University, Tim trained with Price Waterhouse before entering the recruitment industry in 1987. Three years in Sydney (1989 to 1992) has supplemented a career otherwise spent in London. In keeping with his fellow partners, Tim battles with the competing interests of a busy family and social life with an increasingly passive passion for sport (rugby, hockey, golf, skiing, cricket etc).
